Scholarship Information

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is now accepting applications for its next cohort of Teacher Education Fellows. The UNCG Teacher Education Fellows Program awards a $20,000.00 scholarship distributed incrementally over four years of study at UNCG.


Priority will be given to those applications (to both the University and the Program) received by January 1, 2019.  Search on the UNCG Teacher Education Fellows Application for requirements .



The North Carolina Teaching Fellows program application for the 2018-2019 academic year will be closing on Monday, Jan. 7.

 

The program is a merit-based, competitive, forgivable loans for service scholarship program for highly qualified students committed to teaching in a STEM or special education licensure area in N.C. district or charter schools.

The partner schools for this program are Elon University, Meredith College, NC State University, UNC Chapel Hill, and UNC Charlotte.  If you are interested in becoming an educator and meet the qualifications this is a wonderful opportunity to receive up to $4125 per semester for up to eight semesters.
